1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the editorial service available at coteboost.com, published by CoteBoost Media SAS. Any use of the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using this service.

2. Nature of the service

CoteBoost is an independent editorial information service. It publishes comparative reviews of sports betting operators holding a licence issued by the French National Gaming Authority (ANJ).

CoteBoost is not a betting operator. We take no stakes, hold no funds, open no accounts and play no part in any transaction between a reader and an operator.

3. Age requirement

Access to this service is restricted to people aged 18 or over. Sports betting is strictly forbidden to minors in France. By using this service, you declare that you are 18 or over and that you are not subject to a betting ban.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, comparison tables, methodologies, illustrations and graphic elements published here are the exclusive property of CoteBoost Media SAS and are protected by French intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The trade marks, company names and logos of the operators mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. They are reproduced strictly for information and editorial identification purposes, under the right of quotation. No affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship by those owners is implied. Any request concerning protected material may be sent to contact@coteboost.com and will be handled within 5 working days.

6. Accuracy and liability

The information published is indicative and reflects the state of our checks on the date shown on each page. Odds, promotional terms, features and licence scope may change without notice. It is your responsibility to verify these directly with the operator concerned and against the official ANJ register before taking any decision.

CoteBoost cannot be held liable for financial losses, direct or indirect, resulting from decisions taken on the basis of the information published.

7. Availability

We take reasonable steps to keep access continuous and fast. Interruptions may nevertheless occur for maintenance or force majeure, without the publisher incurring any liability.

8. Prohibited conduct

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Lyon.
