Privacy policy

2. Guiding principle
We collect the bare minimum. No personal data is sold, rented or passed to data brokers. No advertising profiling is carried out.
3. Data collected
Contact form
- name, email address, subject and message content;
- confirmation that you are of age (checkbox).
Purpose: to answer your request. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: 24 months after the last exchange, then deletion.
Audience measurement (consent required)
- pages viewed, date and time, traffic source;
- device and browser type;
- IP address truncated on the last two octets, so it cannot be traced to a person.
Purpose: to understand which content is useful. Legal basis: consent. Retention: 13 months.
Server technical logs
Kept for 30 days for security and incident diagnosis, then erased automatically. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
4. What we never collect
- no banking or payment method data;
- no account credentials held with an operator;
- no betting or transaction history;
- no sensitive data within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR;
- no data relating to a minor — this service is restricted to adults.
5. Recipients
Data is processed by the editorial team of CoteBoost Media SAS and by our technical subcontractors, all located in the European Union:
- OVHcloud SAS (Roubaix, France) — hosting;
- Scaleway SAS (Paris, France) — transactional email delivery.
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights: privacy@coteboost.com. We reply within one month at most. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.
If disagreement persists, you may refer the matter to the CNIL: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr.
7. Security
TLS encryption on all exchanges, restricted administrator access with two-factor authentication, access logging, encrypted backups and a quarterly review of software dependencies. No third-party behavioural tracking software is installed.
8. Outbound links
This policy does not apply to the third-party resources we link to. Each operator has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read before opening any account.
9. Changes
Any substantial change to this policy will be flagged by a banner visible for 30 days and by updating the date at the top of the page.
